You must enter the pageant level that corresponds with your solo level.
Double entering will not be allowed for pageant events (meaning you can only enter one level of pageant).
Double entering IS allowed for other events (solo, basic, x-strut, two baton), but you must enter the level your
twirler currently competes in as well as the next level up. *Please Note* If they win the next level up, they must
move up to that level permanently for that event even if they are the only competitor.

Gymnastics moves will be allowed for one baton solos (pageant & open) and ratings events only.
Gymnastic skills will not be given additional consideration beyond the difficulty equivalent of an illusion

*$10 fee for "Best Costume All Ages" will be donated to Twirling to Fight Cancer

Ratings Events - $7 each

(Twirlers must be entered in competition events in order to sign up for ratings. We are not offering
a "ratings only" option for this contest. For all ratings events, the twirlers will judged based on their
performance vs their skill level and will receive a Level 1, 2, or 3 Rating, with 1 being the best).

This is only for twirlers that already made Team USA at the July USTA Qualifier, or that are already registered for the
January NBTA Qualifier. Must be able to provide proof of qualification and/or registration for every event entered.
No awards will be given. Performers will instead receive a ratings feedback form from two separate judges.

Facilities Fee: (One per Family - If you have more than one child competing, you only need to pay this fee once. A family is defined as two or more competing twirlers with the same parent or legal guardian.*

You will also be redirected to PayPal for payment. If you prefer to use PayPal or a credit card, please continue on with this option.

If you would prefer to use a different form of payment, you can just close the PayPal screen. Payment will also be accepted
via Venmo (@twirlatx), CashApp ($TwirlATX), or check mailed to Twirl ATX, 1808 Saline Creek Dr., Cedar Park, TX 78613.

Registration will not be complete until payment is received. If your payment is not
received by the registration deadline, your registration will not be accepted.

Payment Options*

I will be paying with PayPal/Credit Card via the Pay screen after I hit submit. I understand that there is a $3 fee for using this method of payment.

I will be paying with Venmo/CashApp/Check. I understand that when I submit the entry form it will still take me to the PayPal page, and that I should just close the page and send my payment through my alternate method.

NO REFUND POLICY: There are NO REFUNDS for any reason, including change of personal plans/availability, change of venue, change of date,
change of judges, change of format, change of schedule, or change of safety requirements. The only exceptions where a refund could be given is:
(1) A pre-arranged Playoff Hold paid with a check {no playoff hold refunds for online payments} (2) Contest Cancellation (3) Proof of a positive
COVID test of a twirler or a family member that lives in the same household as the twirler within 7 days of the contest. For questions about any

Playoff & Bowl Game Holds: If you are doing a Playoff or Bowl Game Hold, you must mail a CHECK IN ADVANCE! No refunds for Playoff Holds

Participant Liability Release Form

This form must be signed by the contestant or a parent/legal guardian of each contestant under the age of 18 and received by the
contest directors before your entry will be processed. This includes all team members.

I (we) represent that I (we) are the competitor or the parent/legal guardian(s) of the minor (competitor) under the age of 18 years and, in order to
have you accept their competition entry, have accepted this document on behalf of myself or said minor and ourselves individually and jointly,
and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions in this liability release, in the same manner if we were the (competitor) twirler. Each of us
hereby releases the Holiday Twirling Festival and/or TwirlATX LLC , and Navarro High School, its officers, agents and all employees from any
and all liabilities. With the acceptance of this form, the undersigned agree to indemnify and hold harmless the above mentioned from any
liability in connection with this event.

I (we) also recognize that by entering in this competition I (we) am (are) assuming the risk involved with potential exposure to COVID-19. While
the contest directors will uphold as many precautions as possible, I (we) understand that there is inherent risk with any activity that involves
possible contact with other people.
